My timing Gate is constantly reporting 55% battery, how do I fix it?

If your device is reporting 55% battery regardless of it's actual battery capacity, a hardware reset is required. 

You can find instructions on how to reset your device via the link below. We recommend switching your device on so the power switch light is lit, and strobe is flashing on top of the Gate. Once you press the reset switch, these lights will turn off, which lets you know the device has successfully been reset.
