Getting around

The sidebar is grouped the way you work:

  • Overview: Dashboard, Activities
  • People: Athletes, Groups, Coaches (Coaches is shown to managers and owners)
  • Training: F-V Profiles
  • Organisation: Settings and Users (owners only)

Press ⌘K (or Ctrl K) anywhere to search athletes, jump to a page, or start an action such as Add Athlete or Add group.

Your name at the bottom of the sidebar opens What's New, invitations, your profile, settings and organisation switching. Support (help portal) and Feedback are in the sidebar footer.

Labs is for coaches, managers and owners. Athletes don't log in to Labs.

DashboardTeam

Sidebar → Dashboard, or click the Labs logo

  • Headline numbers: sessions this week (vs last week), active athletes over 7 days, recent personal bests, and coaches contributing.
  • This week's highlights: new PBs for peak force, jump height and max velocity, the 4-week peak-velocity trend, and return-to-play progress. Each item links straight to the athlete.
  • Needs attention: athletes with no session in 14+ days, body-weight entries that look wrong, and return-to-play athletes due a re-test.
  • Charts: daily activities (click a day to see that day's sessions), activity mix, sessions per athlete and sessions by coach.

ActivitiesCore

Sidebar → Activities

Every session in the organisation, newest first, grouped by date.

  • Filter by type (DynaSled, Jump, Timing), athlete and date range (7, 30, 90 days, 1 year, or custom). Filters stay in the address, so a filtered view can be bookmarked or shared.
  • Click a session to open it on the right.
  • Tick sessions to act on several at once:
    • Export up to 20 sessions Core for DynaSled, Team for jump and timing
    • Compare two sessions of the same type Team
    • Transfer up to 100 sessions to another athlete Team
    • Delete up to 10 sessions Team

DynaSled sessions

Open any sled session from Activities or from an athlete's Activities tab

Header and key numbersCore

  • Choose the chart axis: Time, Distance or Samples.
  • Key numbers with the change since the athlete's previous session in the same direction: peak and average force, peak velocity, move time, total distance, total sled load, athlete weight and pin position. Team adds total work.
  • Return-to-play baseline: set a session as the athlete's baseline, then see later sessions as a % of it (peak and average force and velocity, peak power, total work).

Force tab

  • Core Force chart with peak and average force.
  • Team
    • Force & RFD chart with series you can switch on and off, acceleration / constant-velocity / deceleration phase bands, and a marker on each push
    • Force angle & resultant chart
    • Propulsion events table: each push with its time, confidence and how it was detected
    • Phase breakdown: duration, peak and average force, peak velocity, peak RFD and force angle for each phase
    • Peak and average power, RFD, force angle and DRF

Speed tab

  • Core Velocity & acceleration and speed-over-distance charts, with peak and average velocity, peak acceleration, total time and move time.
  • Team Velocity markers: drop up to 5 time markers (s) and 5 distance markers (m) to read off velocity. Max velocity is marked automatically.

Balance tabTeam

Side-to-side balance from the sled's lateral sensor.

ExportCore

  • CSV on every plan: 16 core columns on Core, plus force components, force angle, DRF, RFD, power, work, per-phase metrics and balance on Team.
  • Markers CSV (the propulsion events) and PDF Team
Chart window. Sled charts show the section trimmed in the Syncro app, and 0 s is the start of that trim. If a run isn't trimmed you see the whole recording, including any idle time before the athlete moves.

Jumps and timing gates

Open from Activities or an athlete's Activities tab

Ezejump

  • Jump mode, results table and change between jumps.
  • Charts: breakdown, cadence, height, contact and flight time, RSI and power.
  • Analyst Left and right contact and flight times.

Timing gates

  • Splits table and chart with split time, distance and velocity, plus the full results table.

CSV and PDF export for jump and timing sessions need Team.

CompareTeam

Activities → tick two sessions of the same type → Compare

  • The first session is the baseline. Every metric shows the change for the second session. Swap them with one click.
  • DynaSled overlays force, velocity, power, acceleration and force angle on one chart, with the same Time / Distance / Samples axis choice.
  • Jump and timing sessions have their own side-by-side views.
  • Export the comparison as a PDF.

AthletesCore

Sidebar → Athletes

Athlete list

  • Add athletes one at a time, or Import a CSV (template provided, with a preview before importing).
  • Search by name or email, and sort by name or last active. Each row shows age, weight, height, last session, a 4-week activity sparkline and any return-to-play baseline.
  • Tick athletes to Export data for a date range and session type, or to print QR codes Team.

Athlete page

  • Activities: the athlete's sessions with type and date filters. The Force-Velocity profiles button is here Team.
  • Reporting Team: any date range (7, 30, 90 days or custom). Optionally benchmark against one of the athlete's groups. Pick the drill and metric with the chips above the progress chart. Shows key numbers, highlights, progress over time, standing within the group, latest results and training rhythm. Export CSV or print to PDF.
  • Profile, Notes, and Coaches (link coaches to the athlete Team).
  • The … menu has Export data, QR code, View all activities and Delete.

F-V profilesTeam

Athlete → Activities → Force-Velocity profiles, or Sidebar → F-V Profiles for the whole organisation

A force–velocity profile fits a line through several sled runs at different loads. Each run gives one point: its average force and velocity over the constant-velocity phase. The fit gives F0, V0, Pmax, the slope and an estimated optimal load.

Building a profile

  • Pick a date range (90 days by default). Every eligible run is pre-selected, and you can add or remove runs.
  • The preview chart and numbers update as you change the selection. Name the profile and generate it.
RuleDefaultCan override?
Minimum runs3No
Load spread, (heaviest − lightest) ÷ lightest≥ 35%No
Fit quality within each runR² ≥ 0.95Yes, with a note
Same surface for all runsRequiredYes
Push runs recorded before app 4.3ExcludedNo

Using profiles

  • Each profile shows its chart, the runs used (included, included by override, excluded with the reason) and its date range.
  • Tick two or more of an athlete's profiles to Compare: overlay, side-by-side table with change over time, and trend charts.
  • The organisation F-V Profiles page lists every profile with F0, V0 and Pmax.
Saved in this browser for now. Profiles are kept in the browser they were made in until server storage is added. On another computer or browser, rebuild a profile with the same date range and you get the same numbers, because the runs themselves are stored on the server.

Groups

Sidebar → Groups

Groups are how you slice the squad. Put the athletes you want together in a group, then report on and export that group. Core for creating groups and managing members.

Group reportingTeam

  • Any date range: 7, 30, 90 days or custom.
  • Sessions and active athletes for the window, key numbers and highlights.
  • Cohort progress over time, with individual athletes overlaid if you want.
  • Choose the drill and metric with the chips at the right of the Cohort progress heading (for example distance or velocity for timing gates, jump height or RSI for jumps). Only drills with data in the date range are listed. Your choice sets the chart, leaderboard, movers and what goes into the CSV and PDF.
  • Latest results, sortable by newest, highest or lowest value, or percentile.
  • Athlete leaderboard with trend, sessions, last active and standing.
  • Participation heatmap, training rhythm, and volume and mix.
  • Export CSV or print to PDF.

Group export

  • From the group's … menu → Export data. Choose a date range (all time, today, 7 or 30 days, or from/to dates) and a session type.
  • For Ezejump, also pick the jump type (CMJ, squat jump, drop jump, Abalakov and more).
  • Core for DynaSled, Team for Ezejump and timing gates.

The group menu also adds athletes or coaches and prints QR codes for the whole group.

CoachesTeamManager or owner

Sidebar → Coaches

  • Add a coach by inviting an existing user or creating a new one.
  • Each coach's page lists their athletes and groups and can export their athletes.
  • Removing a coach takes away their coach access and group links. Their user account stays.

OrganisationOwner

Sidebar → Settings and Users

  • Settings: see the plan and rename the organisation. Transfer ownership Team or delete the organisation.
  • Users Team: invite people as a manager or coach, change roles, remove users and cancel invitations.
  • Plans are managed by Swift. Use Contact Swift to change plan; a change appears within about 15 minutes without signing out.

Your account

Your name at the bottom of the sidebar

  • Profile: name, date of birth and gender.
  • Organisations: switch between organisations or leave one.
  • Appearance: light, dark or system theme, and language.
  • Application settingsthat sync to your Swift devices:
    • metric or imperial units, and the RSI method;
    • Ezejump connection and sync options;
    • Syncro split velocity and display precision;
    • which QR camera to use.
  • Invitations to other organisations, and What's New release notes.

Good to know

  • Saved in this browser for now: F-V profiles, return-to-play baselines, velocity markers and chart series choices stay in the browser you made them in until server storage arrives. Clearing site data removes them.
  • Total sled load is the plates plus the 17 kg sled. Body weight isn't included.
  • Push markers are found from pulses in tether force. They mark each drive, not which foot.
  • Missing device timestamps: if a session has none, time-based numbers (work, move time, phase durations) are hidden and a banner explains why.
  • Personal bests on the dashboard come from recent sessions, not all-time history.
  • Batch limits: export 20 sessions, transfer 100, delete 10 at a time.
