DYNASLED QUICK START GUIDE

Version 1.00 | February 2026

Congratulations on your purchase of Dynasled, the world's first fully instrumented Dynamic Sled for athletic testing and training.

1. SOFTWARE & ACCOUNT ONBOARDING

  1. Check Your Email: You have received an onboarding email. Your account is set up using your existing Swift Labs Login or the email provided at purchase.

  2. Download App: Download the Swift Syncro App (iOS).

  3. Log In: Use the credentials associated with your onboarding email.

  4. Subscription Status:

    • Local Mode: Operates without a subscription. Includes limited metrics and no data storage.

    • Sled Dynamics Subscription: Required for full benefits. Includes Swift Labs "Insights" (AI analysis, data storage, and correlations with vertical jump/sprint data).

2. HARDWARE SETUP & CONNECTIVITY

Wake the Sensor:

  1. Tap the DynaSensor a few times or tug the tether. The internal accelerometers will wake the device.

  2. LED Feedback:

    • The sensor will beep softly three times.

    • The front LED will flash RED momentarily.

    • The LED will then change to a flashing GREEN. This indicates it is ready to pair.

    • Note: If the sensor is successfully paired to the Syncro App, it will stay awake.

    • ⚠️ TIMEOUT: If a connection is not made within 30 seconds, the DynaSensor will turn off to save power.

Connect in App:

  1. Open Syncro.

  2. Go to the third tab: "Sled".

  3. The app will scan for devices. Tap the Dynasled icon to connect.

  4. Once connected, the sensor LED will flash GREEN every second.

  5. Tap "Finish" (top right) to advance to the run test page.

    • Note: When you start a drill, the LED will turn SOLID GREEN, indicating that data is successfully streaming.

3. RUNNING A PULL DRILL

Configuration:

  1. Remove Handle: Release the bottom Red Release knob by pulling it outwards. Lift the handle frame up and out. Store the handle in the Tsunami Storage Box.

  2. Install Weight Tube: Screw the weight tube into the center socket of the Dynasled (only necessary if using weight plates).

  3. Load Weight: Add plates to the Weight Tube if required.

    • App Step: Enter the "Loaded weight amount" into Syncro to match your plates.

Athlete Setup:

  1. Vest & Tether: Athlete wears the supplied Vest. Attach one end of the Tether to the rear of the Vest.

  2. Sensor Connection: Attach the other end to the Front of the DynaSensor (where the transverse pin goes through the reaction fork).

    • ⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: Use the tether at FULL LENGTH. Do NOT "double up" the tether. Shortening or doubling the tether increases the angle of force and will cause the sled to bounce during high exertion.

Execution:

  1. Select Test: In Syncro, select "Pull Dynasled".

  2. Position: Have the athlete move forward just enough to remove slack from the tether. Ensure they are not applying force yet (pre-tensioning).

  3. Run: Press Start. Athlete runs. Press Stop when complete.

4. RUNNING A PUSH DRILL

Configuration:

  1. Install Handle: Ensure the handle frame is installed.

  2. Check Pins: Ensure Front Runner pins are secure (LHS = Long Pin, RHS = Short Pin).

  3. Adjust Height: Adjust the handle height to suit your athlete.

  4. Record Pin Position: Look through the window on the handle and note the Pin Position Number.

    • App Step: You must enter this Pin Position Number into Syncro when setting up the test.

Execution:

  1. Select Test: In Syncro, select "Push Dynasled".

  2. Run: Press Start. Athlete pushes. Press Stop when complete.

5. POST-TEST DATA & ANALYSIS

  1. Crop & Save: Syncro attempts to auto-detect the start and finish based on movement.

    • Verify: If correct, tap the Green Tick.

    • Adjust: If needed, drag the cursors to the desired start/finish points, then tap the Green Tick.

  2. Upload: If your iPad has an internet connection, Syncro will upload data in the background to Swift LABS 2.0.

    • Note: Streamed data may take a minute to appear online.

  3. Review:

    • Syncro App: View General Metrics immediately.

    • Swift Labs 2.0: Log in for full reporting, AI appraisal, and deep-dive metrics.

6. CHARGING THE DynaSensor

To charge the DynaSensor, it must be removed from the Dynasled chassis.

  1. Remove Sensor:

    • Press the button on the Front Retaining Pin and retract the pin fully.

    • Reach inside the front of the Dynasled, press the button on the Lower Retaining Pin, and extract the pin.

    • Lift the DynaSensor slightly up and forward to remove it from the sled.

  2. Connect Power:

    • Remove the Red Plug on the rear of the DynaSensor.

    • Connect the supplied charger.

  3. Charging Status:

    • The LED will light SOLID RED while charging.

    • The LED will turn SOLID GREEN when fully charged.

    • Note: The internal battery takes approximately 5 hours to charge from flat.

Have fun training with Dynasled!
