DynaSled Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

This Pre-Order Offer ("Offer") is valid for DynaSLED only. By placing a Pre-Order, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Product and Pricing:

• Regular Price: USD7,999 for the product + USD2995  per annum for software subscription
  
  

• Pre-Order 

  • Price: Pay the three year subscription up front of USD and receive your Dynasled for free (valued at USD8,985) full payment required at time of Pre-Order.

  • Benefits:

    • 1 x FREE Dynasled. 

    • Subscription begins upon delivery of DynaSLED hardware.

    • Hardware Ownership

3. Delivery and Shipping:

• Estimated delivery date provided on the Pre-Order page (subject to change).

• Customer responsible for all shipping costs from Wacol, QLD 4076 Australia (charged in USD).

• Shipping options and costs presented during checkout.

• Import fees, taxes, duties, and other charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

4. Returns and Cancellations:

• Paid Pre-Order: Non-refundable and non-cancellable due to discounted pricing and FREE hardware.

5. Product Activation and Subscription:

• All DynaSled units require activation with a SAAS subscription (discounted or paid) for full functionality. Basic features are available in the SYNCRO app without an active subscription.

• Subscription Activation instructions are provided with Pre-Order confirmation and upon product delivery. All SAAS Subscriptions automatically begin upon product delivery.

6. Regional Price Variations:

• Prices may vary depending on the region. Final price displayed during checkout with any applicable regional adjustments.

7. Warranty:

• All products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

• Warranty details and limitations are provided with the product or accessible at [link/reference].

8. Restrictions and Limitations:

• Bona fide retail customer: Individual/entity purchasing for personal, non-commercial use (excludes resellers, distributors, etc.).

• Valid only for [list eligible countries/regions] (if applicable).

• Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.

• This Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

• The parties submit all matters arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from any of those courts.

• Number of available Pre-ordered devices is limited.
