How to do a hardware Reset on EzeJump

Modified on Wed, 28 Feb at 9:53 AM

I some circumstances an EzeJump device may get in a 'locked' situation where the only recourse is to perform a hard reset.

Behind the small grey dot in the image below there is a hole through the plastic cover that allows a paper-clip to be inserted to activate the reset switch.

There is a chance that the grey dot is not exactly above the hole, but some gentle probing in that immediate area will find your target.

The reset switch does not require a lot of pressure, in fact too much pressure could damage the reset switch

STEP 1

  • Using a paperclip make a small hole on the label as the picture below
  • After operating the reset switch the blue light next to the reset hole should start flashing.
