Changing wifi channel doesnt help

Most likely, you are struggling to change wifi channel, because of when you power gates up.


Turning gates on and off again will not assign the correct wifi channel.

You need to do the following.

  1. Select your test

  2. When on connection page select a new channel.

  3. Now you can turn gates on. (At this point the gats hould be within 4m of the ipad as we need to establish a bluetooth connection for setup)They will connect to Syncro App via Blueooth.

    All gates will get a color assigned in the app.

  4. Syncro will tell the gates what wifi channel to use

  5. After a minute or so, all gates should go Black (with their assigned colour visible). This indicated wifi connection has been achieved

  6. Once all gatea re black you can "continue" (look in top right hand corner of screen.

  7. Now place and align your gates on the track.

  8. Setup is now completed.
