Your rights to be ‘forgotten’
Swift fully supports your rights to be ‘forgotten’. You may request all data collected by our platforms to be completely deleted from our systems , by requesting this by simply emailing development@swiftperformance.com and requesting a full deletion.
This is not automatic, as late re-subscribing clients should reasonably expect their data to remain intact should this occur.

We may use your location via geo-location data in your controlling device via our Sycnro application, to set country specific frequencies in hardware devices, assign data synchronization to servers best located for optimal performance, or to guide tiy to country specific subscription pages as required.
